The basic structure of portable air compressor instructions

　　In daily life, portable air compressor is mostly screw air compressor,so the portable compressor air end is made of  rotor, bearing, housing and shaft seal structure.Rotor can be divided into male rotor and female rotor, its together with the bearing is installed in the chassis. Air from one end of the suction, and then through female rotor and male rotor and the matching between the gear, the air is compressed, and is discharged from the other end.

　　portable air compressor work have four processes: inspiratory process, airtight process, compression process, exhaust process. This is the cycle of four processes, as shown in the figure below.
